Healthshare is a clinical stakeholder organisation established to provide a wide range of clinical and managerial services within both the private and public healthcare sectors.

We worked with Healthshare to support them as they established their Hull based operation following successfully bidding for a contract that was originally provided by HEY and Humber NHS Trusts. This meant bringing two groups of staff, with slightly different terms into Healthshare under a TUPE process. We supported the business through developing uniform policies and procedures, aligning terms and conditions when needed, arranging and supporting the team through consultation activities, coordinating HR teams, as well as managing a number of disciplinary issues post transfer.
