We have worked with this modern manufacturing business for the past 6 years, helping them with a wide range of HR issues on either a project or retained basis.

In this time we have worked alongside the management teams in the business to implement changes to contractual terms, planned and delivered a wide range of recruitment activities for roles at all levels in the business, supported the development of manpower plans, undertaken job definition and more recently designed and implemented a skills matrix process related to a robust pay grading system. The outcome is a more professional approach to HR and people issues with a greater willingness to consult with the teams as well as manage performance problems when they arise.
